DualCore® has achieved the following certification: EN434 in Dimensional Stability.
Waterproof Composite Flooring
Dimensional Stability after exposure to heat EN434
X Direction≤0.1% (80℃/6H)
Y Direction≤0.1% (80℃/6H)
0.1% change after 6 Hours exposed to 80℃.
Unlike standard SPC which is tested to 55℃ DualCore® is guaranteed not to warp. The ratio of Limestone to the flexible Polymer 75/25 is a critical factor in the durability and stability of the planking.
The convenient UniClic locking system is extremely tough and creates a very tight lock, which provides strength so the lock cannot be easily broken and can therefore withstand much higher foot traffic in commercial environments.
The overall look of DualCore® has been developed to include a large, bevelled edge on all four sides giving each plank a distinct, separate and realistic look.
Current standard SPC will show signs of warping at high temperatures due to the three film layers (Wear/UV/Design) placed on the surface pulling against each other, but our High Performance DualCore® can handle a far higher floor temperature.
