Important conditions

  • The flooring must be installed by a certified professional in accordance with the current Everjade installation instructions.
  • DIY installation or installation by an uncertified person voids this warranty.
  • Claims accepted under this Everjade limited warranty cover replacement materials or credit for defective planks only. Labour, removal, disposal, and reinstallation costs are excluded.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and requires the original receipt plus evidence of professional installation.
